Título: Boundary varphi-controllability for a semi-discrete fourth-order parabolic equation
Resumen: This talk deals with the boundary controllability for a semi-discrete approximation (in space) of a one-dimensional parabolic equation of fourth-order. The proof is based on a relaxed observability inequality for the corresponding adjoint system. For this purpose, a semi-discrete Carleman estimate suitable for such a model is used, where the discrete mesh size is related to the Carleman parameter.
